When you are in Malta, you should go and visit the Blue Grotto and Dingli Cliffs, it’s nice to explore and you can do this by public transport. We went from Valletta bus station and the journey did not take long, around 30 minutes or so. Travelling by bus meant we could see more the country and take in the scenery.
We got the bus to the Blue Grotto where you can go on boat-trips into the Blue Grotto. The Blue Grotto consists of seven sea caves and it costs 8 euros to go on the tour. I did not go on it as preferred to see it from above and take photographs. There are some restaurants and cafe’s there but you don’t need to spend long there.
We saw the Dingli Cliffs which is made of limestone and some people went walking there but I’ve seen better coastline in Ireland.
